Tom Shanx is a London-based DJ, producer, multi-instrumentalist, event manager, and mental health ambassador. He owns the mobile stage Box Rouge and has spent the last five years touring the UK and France, especially in the Alps.

Starting with a love for disco and funk, Tom's sets have evolved into a dynamic fusion of genres including, jazz, soul, hip-hop, reggae, house, garage, techno, D&B & jungle, often playing live bass guitar over his sets. Influenced by his travels, he blends old and new sounds using multiple decks to craft diverse, immersive sets, from intimate clubs to major festivals like Boomtown, Isle of Wight, and Leeds.

Beyond DJing, Tom has freelanced in event production and stage management for Hospitality & On Point Festival, tackling everything from sound systems to last-minute stage fixes.

 

His "Snow & Sun Tour" saw him play 13 gigs in a month across France and Italy, including Snowboxx Festival with his collective, House Of Dinosaur.

Specializing in extended (3+ hr) sets, Tom creates sonic journeys that keep crowds engaged. His latest project, "Radiate" a brand who also act as a booking agency & soon to be label also incorperates his "Bring Your Own Vibe" night, an open-format night encouraging collaboration between DJs and live musicians, fostering a creative community.
